Dear Desi,

I' d like to take the time and personally thank you and your staff for an exceptional service visit to your Frank's Irvine Subaru dealership.

A quick run down of my experience:

Monday 10:30 am August 30, I made the request at your service desk to have a technician ride along with me to listen to a noise emanating from the rear of my vehicle. Mr Don Heck cheerfully took a 3 minute ride-along and quickly deduced what I had felt was the problem, a potential rear wheel bearing. I made a second request to make an appointment to drop the vehicle off on the same day the work is to be performed. Don quickly looked up the parts necessary to complete the potential problem; happily they were all in stock. Don made an appointment for me the following day Wednesday the 1st.
Arriving promptly at 8:05am I was greeted by both Richard and Albert in the service department who quickly reviewed my vehicle for potential damage and again quickly finalized the service repair order. I was told I would receive a call when the vehicle was ready to pick up. Being in the area around 1:30 pm I drove in and spoke to Don directly who showed me the dry wheel bearing that was blue from heat.

I returned a few hours later and was greeted to a freshly washed and repaired vehicle. The paper work was quickly completed and much to my surprise and welcome, the parts and labor were both covered under warranty.

This is my first Subaru ownership and most definitely will not be my last. I have always heard wonderful stories from long time Subaru owners who can do nothing but rave about the longevity, sturdiness and reliability of these cars. Now with the professional and courteous manner in which I was treated, I too can say I am a happy and satisfied Subaru owner who has the delight of having Southern California' a finest Subaru dealership in my backyard.

Dear Albert,

I just wanted to send you a quick e-mail thanking you and your staff for the excellent job you recently did on my WRX. I brought it in last week with some transmission issues that I wanted looked at while under warranty. A few days and a few new parts later, my car runs like new! I appreciate your patience and coordination with Subaru of America to make sure the replacement parts were covered under warranty. I will continue recommending Irvine Subaru to all my friends. Dear Desi and everyone at Irvine Subaru,

I just had to sit down and write this; I'm still in a bit of a shock! I brought my 2000 Impreza Outback wagon in for its 3000 mile service today. Not only way the gentleman who helped me very professional and friendly and way cool, but YOU GUYS CLEANED AND VACUUMED MY CAR! When I realized it, I almost drove off the road!
We bought the car in May from Richard, and he was very nice...really down to earth. My previous car was a Honda Civic, and I used to think Honda service was the best out there til the last time I had it serviced, I paid them $1500.00 to service it, and they didn't even bother to take the paper floor covers off the floors.
I have been very happy with my Subaru. It's an absolute joy to drive and has tons of room for all of my workout stuff and files and all. I really do like my car. But, you really blew me away today when you actually cleaned and vacuumed it! Thank you so much for the little surprise! I really appreciate you all!

To Irvine Subaru (and Subaru of America):

I just had to write to someone at Subaru to let you know what a remarkably wonderful dealership you guys have in Lake Forest, CA . It's Frank's Irvine Subaru, and to say that I was thrilled today with my service doesn't even half-explain it! Albert, the service manager, was very polite and professional, and nice! My alternator went out last night and I had to bring my car in to be fixed. Being a female is such a disadvantage a lot of the time and I have been "ripped off" because I admittedly do not know that much about cars. I was checking pricing with a few local shops and was surprised to find that a dealership (yours) was very competitive with what I had been quoted by other independent shops. The fact that the dealer was reasonable was such a huge plus for me. I love my Subaru and keeping it in good working order is important to me. Being able to have technicians who are actually Subaru certified working on my car is a priority as well.
I had a wonderful experience with your dealership today! I didn't feel as if I was talked down to or made to feel pressured into purchasing services that I didn't need. Albert was polite, professional, and let me know exactly what services he did perform and advised me of what I should be looking into getting taken care of in the near future without using "scare" tactics. They also gave me a ride to work and picked me up when I was through at work so I didn't have to take any extra time off, and when I picked up my car, it had been washed for me! You need to know what excellent service Irvine Subaru provides for their customers each and every day! This is my second visit and I was equally impressed with my first visit as well. Today made me want to let someone at Corporate level know how wonderful the dealership really is, and how great Albert and his crew are. A BIG thank you to them and thank you Subaru for having them around to keep me and my car happy! When I am looking into buying a new car, they are the first stop on my list!
